There are a number of important documents plus the PowerPoint presentation available on the Youth Protection Information page of the  District website - click here
The presentation should be given annually as per RI guidelines.
The Youth Protection Policy applies not only to Youth Exchange and RYLA but also to Interact, Rotaract and any other activities with youth.
Any adult who has continued contact with youth must undergo the selection and screening process; Paul Geneau can provide a link to the online application.
D5020 recommends that three or more people (any combination of students and adults) are present during any casual contact outing with a youth.

Next week:  no regular meeting but will be a board meeting downstairs.
