With the start of a new Rotary year on July 1st comes the installation of this year's club president - Perry Williams - at the dinner held on June 21. Jim Turley was awarded the Bruce Coleman Rotarian of the Year trophy. Now past-president Cara handed over the clock to Perry for safekeeping during his "presidential" year.
