Meeting: November 7, 2023
Not really a meeting although we were at the Golf Club as usual but were fundraising at a Beer and Burger night.
It was successful as we bought stuff we didn't need - all for good causes.
Sue and Deb positioned themselves at the door to ensure that everyone paid up before leaving.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE has been given to all members that our AGM will be held on December 5th at 6pm. The nominations for the board election are:
President - Bill Grace
Past President - Perry Williams
Secretary - Sue Gibson
Treasurer - Ed Poli
Directors - Jim Turley, Larry Rumming, Rod Smith, Paul Geneau,
Don Dempson, and Barney Sharp
Following the AGM will be a Special General Meeing to vote on replacing our Bylaws
NOTE: The AGM and the Special General meeting will be held before our regular meeting.
