Program:
Derek introduced Jennifer Kemp who was our guest speaker tonight. She is passionate about helping people and does this in her roll as Executive Director with Big Brothers and Big Sisters here in Nanaimo.
For those that may not know - the in-school mentoring program is something that we have supported for a number of years.
Jennifer talked about their current program - what is new and what is different, the impact of Covid and a peek into what is coming up. She is an excellent speaker and it was wonderful to hear how her organization has such an impact on our community.
