Treasurer Ed Poli give us a report as of the end of December. We are tracking on budget. Some notable items. Happy / Sad well above budget. Meal expenses are way below (understandably). Also low on non gaming fund raising.
LarryRumming reported that we have one new member (total of 31 members).
Rod Smith reported about World Community Service. The Bolivian latrine project held up because of covid but should be completed shortly. He also let us know that the grant training is again available online.
Perry Williams gave the foundation report. We have have 22 PHF, 3 benefactors, 2 major donors and 1 bequest society member. He would like to see next years goal and average of $100 per member.
Paul Geneau was at the exchange review recently. The hope is that the program will resume next fall. There are 22 students that have applied this year (just a bit lower than normal). The decision date is April 22nd. RYLA will be an on line event this year given the Covid situation. The good news is that the amount per student is much lower than normal.
