President Lee was welcomed back after her absence.
Announcements
- Roger announced that our first incoming exchange student will arrive soon, but he couldn't recall the details.
- Rod reported that he working on a grant application for a project in central Ghana; details to follow.
Program: Peter Sinclair, Executive Director, Nanaimo Loaves & Fishes Food Bank
Peter gave an update since his presentation in January. Their new warehouse with a larger cooler is now operational, so the food recovery program has been expanded substantially. Past-president Greg presented a cheque from our club for $5,000 which will be used for overhead expenses.
